The success of each event is hinged on many factors. While food may be excellent, proper staffing is still an essential part of catering in order to provide outstanding service to you and your guests. KACE Catering wants nothing less than quality service through and through. This is why we make sure that we have the correct number of staff for each event. For a truly efficient and stress-free occasion, adequate staff must be available to work in and behind the scenes. Here are our staffing requirements for each event:
A captain will properly lead the staff throughout the whole affair. He is responsible for making sure that everything goes on seamlessly. He will be the person in charge and any questions or requests during the event will go through him.
If our agreed menu features specialty cooking stations, we will be providing an on-site chef for your event. The number of chefs will depend on the menu and the number of special cooking stations.
If you want freshly grilled options for your party, we will be providing grill chefs for onsite grilling. The number of grill chefs will once more depend on the number of guests as well as the type of food you want to be served.
We can proudly say that all our cooks are trained to make your chosen food look appetizing and presentable. Smaller events that require plating will need 1 cook assigned to do the job.
Anything that has to do with alcohol must go through the hands of our bartenders. We assign 1 for every 50 guests.
Utility persons are in charge of setting up the event, egress, washing dishes, and whatever else is needed. We assign 1 for every 50 guests for a smooth occasion.
Waiters in passing service make sure that different appetizers are passed around and all options are provided to the guests. Those in the buffet station make sure that food is properly maintained and they clear dishes from the dining area. Waiters in sit down service, on the other hand, work round the clock to make sure that all guest needs are attended to.
For events that have highly perishable items onsite, we assign a runner to maintain these commodities. In case you want to provide your own staff, our guidelines must be met in order for the quality of service to be maintained.
